Decisions of the monthly meeting
On the sixth week of every month, the chairman holds a monthly meeting with his ward members. Special meeting is held on 28th of the month. In this meeting, it is discussed whether the government and non-government grants have been distributed equally to each ward and how the grants coming in the next month will be distributed. And it is recorded in the monthly statement. The development of the area and how to solve various problems are also discussed and on the basis of priority which ward will be given more services.
